Coastal Ecology Group, LLC provides real estate due diligence Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition services nationwide. CEG can handle volumes from a single property up to six hundred properties per month; from the smallest site up to sites encompassing thousands of acres and millions of square feet in retail space.

Candidates are responsible for independently managing and conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition Assessments projects throughout the country. Travel will be required.
Qualifications for these positions include a bachelor’s degree in an environmental, construction, or engineering field. Candidate must have exceptional computer skills including Internet usage, word, and excel. Phase I Site Assessment and / or Property Condition Assessment experience is a plus.
